Challenging strength training using weights, kettlebells, TRX, resistance equipment and your own body weight. This class focuses on proper form and alignment and helps facilitate the mind-body connection so you can be strong, safe, and stable.
HIIT
Don’t miss this ALL-LEVELS cardio party! In just 30 minutes, you'll crush high-intensity intervals with a mix of Tabata, AMRAPs, and HIIT. This class is quick, efficient, and packs a punch, with exercises that are fully modifiable for all levels. You'll strengthen your heart, boost stamina, and improve lung capacity, all while burning fat and building muscle in less time than traditional workouts.
FLOW
Get your body moving, your breath flowing, and your energy going. Each class is unique, but you can always expect a moderately-paced practice incorporating different styles of yoga flow, mobility work, restorative stretching and breathwork. The outcome: a stronger body, calmer mind, and more balanced state of being.

At Unbound, we believe that the way we recover is just as important as the way we train. Restoration is essential for the body, mind and soul. We offer a variety of classes designed to nurture the parasympathetic nervous system, to bring you into your body with slow, intentional mobility and stretching. Be sure to include at least one of these classes a week to achieve balance in your practice.

Slow and restorative - this class connects breath to movement and helps to restore mobility and vitality. Explore full ranges of motion gently and intentionally to unlock stuck energy and release tension.

A gentle practice with the support of props. It restores the body’s parasympathetic nervous system function which in turn helps the body rest and heal.

This slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Eastern medicine. It features asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. This stillness softens the body and allows the postures to stimulate connective tissue, fascia, and ligaments. It also affects bone density, joint mobility, and the overall health of the internal organs.

An hour of guided meditation combined with sound healing. Yoga Nidra gently links the conscious and the unconscious mind, promoting self-healing and self-regulation. It helps to train the brain to access the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing about a safe and calm bodily state and restoring the body’s sense of equilibrium and peace.

Several positions are held on a yoga block for a minimum of 3 minutes each. With gravity and body weight the block is able to sink deeply into the tissue all the way to the root of your issues. Releasing adhesions and restrictions in the fascia help to increase mobility, flexibility and overall strength.
community COFFEE & COLD PLUNGE
Join us every Saturday morning at 6:45am. Grab a coffee at BadFish and meet us at the studio for The Plunge! Temps range from 41-44 degrees, with dips lasting 3-5 minutes. Sometimes we travel offsite to a residential location and jump into a salt water pool!
Cold plunging helps reduce soreness, improve circulation, and boost immunity. Plus, it’s a great way to connect with others and build a supportive community. (and its free!!) Come for the plunge, stay for the vibes, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged!
