  • Your first class at Unbound is on us! To redeem, just head to the schedule, choose a class, and add a Drop In to your cart. Use the code 'FIRST' at checkout to get 100% off. Be sure to click "apply" and double-check that your total is $0 before finalizing. It’s that easy! We can’t wait to see you in the studio!

  • We like our classes like we like our friends – mostly warm and just a little spicy! Our studio uses overhead infrared panels and standalone red lights to gently warm the room, enhancing your workout with the added benefits of cell detoxification, improved circulation, and muscle recovery. While it’s cozy, it’s not “hot yoga”—most class temps range from the high 70s to mid 80s, with a few hitting around 90. Check the class descriptions on our schedule for specific temps. Come feel the difference infrared therapy makes while you move!

  • At Unbound, all classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. We encourage everyone to move at their own pace, with teachers offering modifications and options so you can flow comfortably, no matter where you are in your movement journey. If you're new to exercise or recovering from an injury, classes like Restore, Yin, Slow Flow, Sunrise/Sunset Stretch, and Nidra are great low-impact options. Fusion is our most challenging class but is also highly modifiable. Remember, our motto is: "Take what you need, leave what you don’t." You know your body best, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

  • Bring your favorite yoga mat (or use one of ours if you forget), a towel if you like, a water bottle (we’ve got a refill station to keep you hydrated), an open mind, and your best smile! We’ve got everything else covered. 😊

  • At Unbound, we run on BadFish coffee and grace. We know you’re doing your best, and we hope you feel the same from us. Life happens—if you're a few minutes late or need to leave early, no worries! We’d rather you get the movement medicine than skip class. Here’s a little secret: sometimes, even we teachers run a few minutes behind or extend savasana. We trust in the moment, and we want the same for you. The studio is where time can flow a little more freely, with grace for everyone.
